Tom Gaffigan: Visionary Leadership
Tom Gaffigan began his construction career over three decades ago, working up through the trades and quickly transitioning to commercial industrial with some of the most talented people in the business. In 1993, Tom founded a small and ultimately successful design-build / custom homes & general contracting firm providing backbone leadership on numerous federal projects. By 2006, Tom earned his Class A ICBO / ICC license and through his Project Management Office, continued to successfully deliver multiple large commercial industrial infrastructure and program analyst projects in Asia, the Middle East, and Northern Europe where he developed a vast and strong network of incredibly talented AE professionals which continues today. Ultimately, Tom was also applying critical intelligence projects training to global & domestic complex special projects development including power, microgrid, SmartGrids, DCs, renewables programs, high-rise redevelopments, and of course Owner Representation contracts for notable clients like AMZN, DoD, MSFT, and USACE. Today, Tom is responding to a growing demand for his and his team's Owner Representation and Force Multiplying services for both global and domestic programs.
